I just wonder how some people use their brain to think because in this scenario we all know what happened I think Napoli was just trying to punish Victor Osimhen by loaning him out not because he is not good. I don't know whether he has forgotten that during that time, There are so many top clubs that were after him but just that Napoli have seriously restricted him from going, Napoli prefer to loan him than to sell him at that moment and I think what bring this issue was that he want to leave and they don't want him to go, and again if they decided that he will stay he will not deliver for them since it doesn't have mind of playing there again.
