The question here is, this so called arsenal is getting a striker really going to solve the problems? Because this arsenal that I am seeing is not really that serious in winning anything called trophy, how can you explain a team that have taken a lead with some reasonable points against their opponents, then at the end of it all lost it, and you're talking about striker, like it seems those guys are under the same spell that spurs just broke of recent, fine they might get a good striker but will the striker help them to win the league? Remember a tree can never make a forest, and even if they should get that striker if the spell isn't broken they will still not going to win anything that's my own opinion.
We know that Arsenal have been in a deadlock of not winning the Premiership for a very long time but let us forget about Arsenal winning trophies or not, this club is one of the top clubs that are making the Premier League to be interesting to watch because despite their lapses, they are still major contenders of the EPL for 3 consecutive seasons so being at the limelight of the EPL is such a great honour. For some seasons now the discussion have centered on Arsenal, why because they are the only team that have been showing great strength to fight for the league title regardless that they always end up not winning it.
Arsenal signing a striker will not mean that the player will help them win the league title but just to equip the squad in every position ahead of next season's games so that even if they don't win the title again, they will still continue to be relevant in the EPL. Let us not forget that Liverpool who have equalled same number of titles as Manchester United waited for 30 years after their last EPL trophy before they won it in 2019/2020 and 2024/2025 seasons. Arsenal won the EPL last in 2003/2004 (that is, 21 years ago) with an unbeaten run which no club in the EPL has been able to break that record till date. Regardless of Arsenal's long trophyless EPL seasons, they still deserve some respect.
