We place bets hoping for a win, so the win will surely bring excitement. When it comes to losing, it'll be a disappointment, as we hoped to win and the opposite happened. Controlled participation in gambling activities will make it more enjoyable than leading to massive loss or towards addiction. Whether you've got a good sum of money or you don't, just understand gambling and go ahead. If not, try platforms that provide real-time experience on gambling without real money in the account. This way one can understand and then get into gambling, which might not disappoint.
The excitement that comes after winning is similar to that after losing, but the results are different, as winning keeps us mentally excited and tempts us to continue gambling and earn more money. Conversely, the excitement that comes after losing makes us excited to get back the money we lost. If you cannot properly resist the opposite reaction of excitement, gambling can cause you to lose more money. Excessive excitement leads to addiction and you become mentally dependent on luck instead of establishing control over yourself, which will hinder your efforts to win.

Good point, if you can't resist then the next that you'll know is you are already hook up and already addicted, control over your own will is the tough thing to establish especially when you are involved into gambling, just like you said both have reactions either you are in the winning side or on the losing side you still feel that excitement but and a pressure if what will be your next option if you'll going to proceed or if you should be stopping and reassess your plan strategy.
