If you have lost the passphrase to your wallet then you should have seed phrases to recover them but in case you didn't write out your seed phrases after creating your wallet that means your coins are lost permanently. If you don't have a seed phrase that means you are not the owner of the coins anymore because ''not your keys not your coin'' since if you don't have your private keys, you can't assess your coins.
