I just hope Guardiola will be able to do that this coming season because he looked confused last season; he wasn’t able to make the possible arrangements or changes in the team, and that is what affected Manchester City.
The thing about Guadiola sometimes is that he is his own problem. I don't know if I would call it stubbornness or if he just makes mistakes. Take the Al Hilal game for example, why didn't he start Rodri and Cherki? He used Silva and Gunduga in midfield last season, and it didn't work out the whole of last season, but he still decided to start both of them in midfield again. To make things worse, he played Reijnders, who is a CM and an AM, as a defensive midfielder. What was he thinking? How does that make any sense?
What is the point of signing expensive players if he's not going to use them? Why does he like experimenting all the time? I get it that the difference between a genius and a madman is in the result, but when you keep doing a particular thing and expecting a different result, then that's insanity.
