Yeah mate was reopened by them but they still did not responded so it got marked as unresolved I’m not asking much I’m just asking for a fair thing and return the funds I’m gonna use it again anyway I’m not gonna withdraw it. I’ve never had a problem with withdrawing funds from them which is great they have always with no problem at all let me withdraw just this deposit, I guess in my case I’m lucky it’s only a deposit and not a massive withdrawal I’m dealing with
I think the reopening of the case ahould be at the instance and instruction of the bc game team, since the askgamblers team mentioned that in their comment onnthe site so i believe BC game team will definitely come around to do the needful to clear their namen in this situation.
As mentioned by askgambler, if their failed to respond, the case will be moved to unresolved and that will be more negative on their reputations.
