The question here is how do you relieve your excitement? Do you continue to play or do you stop there? The particular habit I observe in gamblers, professional or amateur, is that they are concerned about winning but do not feel the need to relieve their excitement. They are prepared to lose money and in the same way, they avoid limitations in order to earn money from gambling.

I feel excitement every time when I lose or keep winning. Do you also feel excitement when you win or when you lose?

If you're new to gambling, like any relationship, the excitement is likely to be at it's peak and you will enjoy the experience the most. For people that haven't reached the level of problem gambler and see betting as just a fun little outlet to spice up their week, it can bring enough joy that they are happy to throw a few bucks at it as it can bring an extra form of entertainment to watching their favorite sports. However when you lose control and start placing bets almost like a robotic, then you've probably gone beyond the point of getting any joy out of it and should probably take a very long break. It is meant to be fun, so if you've gotten to the point where it feels like a chore or a job, that you must mindlessly slave away at every day, then just find a new activity for a while and when you come back it might be a happy experience again.
