Honestly I believe that Arsenal can go far if they have an attacker, that's what's many of us believe, they will be complete on like last season when they operate without a striker especially when they had to deal with Kai Havertz out for a long time. At this point the Gunners are now aware of how to go about next season's busy schedule and they need every player to be ready and having a replacement is needed. I agree with you, the seriousness of a team tells with the kind of materials they come with, because you can't use teenagers to battle for something that has to do with legends so Arteta better start going for quality players and also spend that money to show how ready they are, some players need to leave Arsenal currently.
Well, since several seasons ago, we actually all saw quite a lot of potential in Arsenal. Arsenal have basically found a good composition in their squad. It's just that what Arsenal lacks is their consistency throughout the season. And yes, in terms of second tier players, Arsenal really has to prepare the best, whose quality is not much different from the quality of the first team. This is necessary when a major player is injured.
And Arsenal really has to start making good use of the transfer market. No need to make many player transfers. But you only need 3 or 4 which are of very good quality. And currently Arsenal has made several good moves, such as Arsenal getting Kepa, Arsenal also making a verbal agreement with Martin Zubimendi, and Arsenal also negotiating to get Christian Nørgaard. And apart from that, Arsenal is also still looking for a sharp striker.
Why many of us complain of how poor Arsenal have been is really clear that they are a team that don't go for what they need but rather they go for what they want. A striker is a big problem for them and you'd agree with me that they are going for players to fill in positions that don't really matter, is sad and I feel for the fans. These players you mentioned that they are going for are suppose to be the least of their problem until they get a striker, even if they get all these players the squad is still not going to be up to the standard of the likes of Liverpool, Man City and even Chelsea is better than the Gunners with their squad so why is Arteta not acting like a manager who's hungry to make a change or to get trophies?
There's still time and if Liverpool get someone like Osimhen (saw that some where but I'm not sure) I think Arsenal will be like one of those teams Liverpool always rubbish with many goals, a good striker always makes opposition defenders to be scared, so who is Arsenal really going for?
