On a second thought, Otherworld will like every player around the world to patronise them. But in reality, it is just different. This means that the issue of restrictions bothers Otherworld than us because they are into business. So, let's be patient with them as they go about this process.
Each jurisdiction has its own regulation when it comes to gambling. Even though Otherworld wanted the whole population to be their players, they must comply with the policy of each country, or else they will be bombarded with lots of issues and problems from countries that restrict their citizens from gambling. Every business owner does not want to experience that so I do not think they will bent their rules on the restricted country if it has something to do with the government policy.
If they really want that to happen I guess they need to comply on the regulation set by the government on each countries in the world. But we know its not really possible for now especially that we don't know if its really worth it knowing that they are not sure if they would get lots of people to gamble there.
So maybe what's better for now is they need to manage to make their casino became more successful and once they manage to gain good reputation they think about expansion since with this maybe they can attract lots of people to play on their casino.
