Buying tips from tipsters is an unwanted expense because they do the prediction similar to the way we do with collective data. We don't know how well the prediction turns out to be successful or not. If the prediction wins, the tipster will receive the credit. If not, the same gets ignored. It is good to go with one's own prediction. If the information is from an insider, then it is good, because many such events have occurred. I personally experienced wins placing bets provided by an insider on a few local matches. I didn't spend big, as I wasn't familiar with such a tipster, but the same thing happened as mentioned.
