One common thing found amongst football fans and management some times is impatience when a new coach is signed, the expectations skyrockets and everyone wants the coach to perform magic already even when they know too well that he is or has been a good coach at his former team, that patience to give the coach some time to prove himself is often not long amongst most football fans and team management. Xabi is a good coach, a promising one , he has shown that so far, so it will be only fair to allow him all the time before wanting to judge and or compare him because if we do already, we may have bias for which we look at him. It is only best to allow him.
It is very true that football fans and management mostly expect too much too soon from new coaches even good ones like Xabi Alonso. People quickly forget coach past successes they want instant results instead. But building strong team takes time as coach needs to bring in new ideas and get players working together. So it is really important to give coaches enough time to do their job without constant judgment or comparisons which could actually slow down their progress and stop them from reaching their full potential.
More precisely, it is the pressure that exists when becoming a Real Madrid coach and not only from the fans who give the pressure but also from the management and it has happened since long ago so I think Xabi Alonso already understands that so he is indeed required to build this team quickly and give trophies in his first season.
So far I see Xabi Alonso has been quite successful in building the Real Madrid team as he wants and I am quite optimistic for them to oversee next season.
