There are many people suffering from such advertisement, mostly the old and people unaware of online gambling. These apps and games don't necessarily be a scam but the way they advertise it, people believe all they would get is win and huge amount of money. I even found my elderly mom install one and she was asking me to load money for her. I told her that these things are not for her and she should stay away from it but she argued me saying many people seem to have made fortune with the app and it's me who don't know how to make money and am preventing her when she's trying to do so.
My mom is somewhat reasonable and I convinced her about how it works and why it could be a bad idea but there are many people who have no idea about what it is and no one to help them.
