most of it starts with education. if you keep the population dumb and naive, they will believe anything and easily follow rather than lead..
if the only thing they believe is that they are free to do anything telling them but not explaining that they have rights, and definitely not informing them of responsibility, causes people to do stupid things that break societies

take the DEI crap. previous US presidents and their cabinet 'autopen' EO's that fund schools to educate students dependent on the terms of the funding conditions. EG schools got extra fed money if they taught DEI. this causes schools to ignore biology, science and logic..  to then start teaching silly internal thought genders of saying people can be any biology they want if they just think they are. and then teach them to provoke and cause chaos by promoting these silly mantra's onto others, trying to get others to believe it too
