Based on the rumors that is surrounding the movement of Victor Osimhen to another club, I think his former club Napoli still has a hand in what has been delaying his transfer because of the buy back clause that is in his contract.  Arsenal and Chelsea would have been a good place for the striker if you ask me but the teams are not willing meet up to his wages and it has affected the completion of the deal, Liverpool has shown no interest in him so I don't think he would be joining them anytime.

Victor Osimhen remains a Napoli player even if they've decided to part ways between themselves. I don't really know deep into that matter but his move to Arsenal and Chelsea is not happening because of his high wages and salaries. I feel like he is worth it bit these clubs are trying to maintain a certain wage structure for their players. He would have been best for Chelsea if you ask me bit the club owners Todd Boehly has decided to be blind.

Victor Osimhen's departure from Napoli this summer has been planned by both the club and the player since last summer. Napoli is waiting for a club that will activate the €75 million release clause in Osimhen's contract. Clubs such as Galatasaray, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool are also interested in Osimhen.

Many clubs are trying to have him on their team, and the current agenda of Osimhen and other clubs is quite active regarding transfers. Napoli considers Osimhen's departure as a certainty and they are taking a tough stance in transfer negotiations, it is normal to show this stance in transfers for now since Osimhen is in question.

I often see that issues on my social media homepage, but it's just an issue, because Arsenal is still targeting Gyokeres to strengthen the squad. Victor Osimhen's performance is not so good when we compared with another attacker, that's why Napoli didn't use him, and lent him to Galatasaray. Maybe it's better to hunt Alexander Isak, because when I look how his style fits perfectly with Arteta scheme, Isak will be the top Bomber as the spearhead with 3-4-3 scheme. It's also a competitive pra event premier league with Liverpool, because they want him also.
Victor Osimhen is among the top 10 strikers in the world right now, so I disagree with you that Victor Osimhen isn't good enough for Arsenal to sign him. If Arsenal doesn't want to sign Victor Osimhen, just know that he's not Arsenal's top priority at the moment, or Victor Osimhen will not fit into Mikel Arteta's tactics at Arsenal. Arsenal shouldn't waste their time chasing Alexander Isak because Newcastle United won't sell Isak to Arsenal because Newcastle United still needs more quality players to be a threat to top clubs in the Premier League.

And if Victor Osimhen is going to Arsenal, I don't think it's a bad idea because I think Victor is an A-class player, and he has a lot installed for them that if it works out, then he going to serve since the guy is a striker, and Arsenal needs a striker since they already have their defense in check, and even if the tactics might not fit, I think victor can adjust that is if Arsenal is interested because who would have imagined that Arsenal would be interested in Arsenal? And if Arsenal is getting any striker, they have to go for a very good player because that is the only thing that can save them from all they have been going through.

And I think that one of the problems that Arsenal has is Arteta. The kind of choices that dude is making for Arsenal are just not right, because for how long now has Arsenal been struggling? Their front line is lacking a lot, but by the time they work on having a good striker, I think it should help because the kind of pattern that Arteta was playing last season was what affected him he was playing more of a defensive game.
