Your username doesn't look very personal, you had no posts until you created this topic. I don't really see the point. If your email address is linked, you can change it to something that doesn't exist (and@cant.berecovered). You can change IP-retention on the account. And after changing your email, your old email received a link to lock the account. Logout and forget.
