One common thing found amongst football fans and management some times is impatience when a new coach is signed, the expectations skyrockets and everyone wants the coach to perform magic already even when they know too well that he is or has been a good coach at his former team, that patience to give the coach some time to prove himself is often not long amongst most football fans and team management. Xabi is a good coach, a promising one , he has shown that so far, so it will be only fair to allow him all the time before wanting to judge and or compare him because if we do already, we may have bias for which we look at him. It is only best to allow him.
You're absolutely right, recently this have been a major problem in football now and it has caused the failure of so many players and and coaches to not be able to perform to expectations as a result of the pressure put on them by the fans and management of a club. Fans needs to understand that it's difficult to play under pressure and football is not as easy as they see it. Players and coaches needs to be given time to adapt to their new team and new environment because it's not easy to adapt to a new system especially the young players and coaches.
A coach needs to understands his new players better so he can figure out the best way the use them and what strategy to use to get the best from them.
