From my little observation since I joined this wonderful family, altcoins have been following Bitcoin's price movement. Although in the past the crypto space has witnessed altcoin seasons, I am yet to see one now. Bitcoin is gaining more trust and adoption, and it seems like a lot of investors are now focused on Bitcoin.

I will advise newbies who are yet to gain full knowledge about how the crypto market works to only concentrate on Bitcoin for now until they are fully grounded. For now, avoid the risks of investing in pump and dump schemes, as they are usually very attractive but ride with the temporary hype.
