Just out of curiosity, do you get paid to host these poker events by the casinos or is this just a hobby that you do for free while the casinos provide only the prize money?
I hosted all of my tournaments for free until I collaborated with LM. Hosting community poker events is more than a hobby for me. 
I am thinking of getting a side-hustle as a contest manager.
