Al hilal showed character and a good zeal to succeed as they defended with everything with in them and also played with everything good game for the Saudi Arabia team as they dumped out Manchester City out of the club world cup
With the performance of Al Hilal did not earn them SPL title, how come were they able to defeat Manchester City, we need to respect the league but considering that all teams in SPL won't be as classic as Al Hilal makes the league not still to be compared to others. SPL league has been dominated by one team from their past season records, Al Hilal just the way we have PSG in the French league winning most of the time in the their league. I wait to see how far Al Hilal will go in the tournament, i hope they succeed further.
I think because of the presence of Simone Inzaghi as the new manager, Al Hilal was surprisingly able to beat Manchester City and advance to the quarter finals.
Al Hilal chances of advancing to the semifinals are very open, expectations for the Saudi Pro League representatives are higher after defeating Pep Guardiola squad, although Fluminensi cannot be underestimated.
Overall, I predict that Al Hilal journey may only reach the semifinals, because on that path there is Chelsea, which can be a big obstacle to reaching the final.

They managed to beat Manchester City, so beating Chelsea wouldn't be a difficult task, now the difficult task will be beating Fluminense because from what I'm seeing, the Brazilian teams are the biggest obstacles and not the European teams. If they win today in the game against Fluminense, then they have a good chance of reaching the final, because the strong opponents from Europe will eliminate each other leaving the way clear for Al Hilal

Al Qadsiah wants to sign Mateo Retegui

Mateo Retegui is 26 years old, he plays as a striker and honestly at this age he still has the potential to play for a big team in Europe, I don't know what he will decide, but after the Club World Cup games, it is becoming clear that the Saudi league can be beneficial for players in terms of finance but also in terms of maintaining their skills. I am not seeing any decline in skills in the European players who went to the Saudi league.
