D. Jota crashed his Lambourghini and died together with his brother (flat tire, apparently).
You never know what would happen...a very sad story, just 28 yo, three kids, just got married 10 days ago.

Flat tire. Fits Lamborghini's history. Between a decade or two ago they had brake discs breaking in two, blocking a tire instantly at high speeds. I think it was the Lamborghini Countach. Little chance to survive. Imagine a single front tire blocking at 120mph *shivers*
After a few of those accidents, they investigated the issue. Shouldn't happen with a 1st class high stakes sports car.
Saw a short documentary about the problem.
I was doing 150+ on my bike once and thought to myself, "wow if that front tire blows out right now I'll be a splat".
I slowed down for a few days.
