I would have been happy if Jadeja had been able to score a century. Jadeja's innings ended at 89 runs. If he had stayed at the crease for a few more overs, jadeja would have been able to score a century. The australian captain used 7 of his bowlers. But no bowler could have performed as expected. Shoaib Bashir took three wickets in 45 overs . We haven't seen much better bowling from Ben Stokes.
England managed to score only 77 runs at the end of the second day . England is still trailing by a huge margin of 510 runs. It will be very difficult for england to win this match. So the next day , england's batsmen should try to stay at the crease and try to draw the match.
At the moment we can say that India is in full control of the match and it looks difficult that England will be able to win this game. Indian team has scored 587 runs and such score puts the other team under pressure. England still trailing by 510 runs and they already lost 7 wickets. If India can get a lead of 200 runs in first innings then they might be able to win this test and draw the series. England batters need to bat well on third day to save the test.
