Just a nugget.
A business idea without proper management plan is one that can be considered to be dead on arrival. Business success revolves around excellent management plan first before capital size. With a large capital chunk into any business that's lacking in proper planning, such business can inevitably collapse, turning into a wasted investment.
But on account of proper management structure on ground with even the small size of capital, it can be sustaining to such business's success in the long ... Experience should be considered as a key asset in business planning and as a key factor it's important to always involve those with experience in the area of business when planning. Never neglect this!
I've been in touch with many business owner who wants to create an e-commerce website or a landing page and when I work with them, I get a lot of information about their business to know what they truly want because these people have no idea how to structure a website and what info they should give me to create a website, so it's partially pain in the ass but at the same time, it motivates me to know a lot about their businesses.
I've seen people with huge capital and no brains. They sometimes hire the best people in certain jobs but their management, which should take care of the company's success, is often full of stupid people and million-dollar businesses fail.
I've seen small businesses where the owner was working solo or with another partner but they were very ambitious and they succeeded with a small capital. I believe that every business will succeed if it offers high-quality products/services, solves users' problems and there are smart minds behind the business.
