Are you sure that this guy isn't aware that the casino isn't registered. A lot of influencers are doing this for the money. If they can deceive and lure people into gambling and trading that they can get rich quick through them, when that's not true. It means that they can go as far as promoting an unregistered platform.
I am not an influencer, so I cannot answer that question because I don't like it.
