There are some platform that will not let people promote gambling but if the platform allow me to promote gambling, that means I will promote gambling because if I do not promote it, another person will. But the thing is I will not promote unlicensed gambling sites because if I have many followers, there are many licensed gambling sites that will be happy to work with me.

Probably the streamer may not check if the gambling site is licensed or not and that kind of ignorance is not good at all.
