This isn't superstition, this is your gut feeling(intuition). Superstition is the act of relying on random events and beliefs, that influence your gambling activity(for example, never gambling on Friday 13th or never gambling on Sunday morning). Superstition is also having talismans and worshiping idols(thinking that they would bring you luck and boost your gambling profits). In summary, superstition is delusion.
I can assume that your gut feeling is playing games on you. Maybe you should start placing bets every time you are reluctant to gamble.
I don't have a strong intuition/gut feeling, and maybe that's why I lose money all the time.
