We do like criticism, and we are open to discuss anything, anytime. It's more about how we handle those bad reviews—since we are naturally born with different visions and thoughts. But you know, I cannot count a bad review, for example, when a player says: 'Why isn't it an instant withdrawal?' And the withdrawal takes about 36 seconds to arrive and be visible on the chain, and then those users are complaining.
All of those comments will be kept, and in the end, you will see how transparent we are and how simple and easy it is to operate when you are 100% honest and open, just as we were and always will be.

I honestly have seen more than enough in this crypto space to make me not to outrightly believe any thing developers and service owners or management of a platform says, until i see such backed with actions, and actions must be exactly inline with what was said or promised, reasons being because I've seen or witnessed more than enough fake promises, false hopes, cheap talks, no actions to back up claims etc.
It is commonly said that talk is cheap, but I say talk is free, action is what matters, management of a casino can promise anything just to win customers over, their actions beginning from now and into the future will tell if really they mean well or not.
