At the moment, India is in control of the entire match, meaning that England are more likely to lose this match. Akash Deep managed to inflict a heavy blow on England's batting order by dismissing two of England's top order reliable batsmen, Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope, both for zero runs. At the moment, three wickets have fallen for 77 runs, while Joe Root and Harry Brook are trying hard to build a crucial partnership.
The England team is fighting back here and I think that the early advantage that India had by scoring such a big score is slowly going away and all credit goes to the England's batsmen. Harry Brook and Jamie Smith, both are near to 150 runs. Although England had a very bad start but then it was these two batsmen who not only held the innings together but at the same time they scored fast and made sure England make a quick score to keep them out of pressure.
Although England still trail by 232 runs but now the fear of a follow-on is almost over and also if these two batsmen can bat for one more session, England will be in control of this innings.
