I have argued this on a thread before and not quite long, but maybe I am wrong. If you are not betting on sport like football, do not bother to choose either yes or no.
Since I have been betting, I have not thought of this before. Is the referee the reason you bet on yellow or red cards?
I have not bet on red card before in a match because it's hard to say if a player will get a red card or not, but I have bet on how many yellow card that will be in a match i.e the total. I did not win that bet and after I tried three different times, it didn't worked out for me, I stopped choosing that betting option. This is one of the advantages of sport bet especially, soccer bec2you have various options to bet on.
