I didn't really catch any other changes though there might be more. The UI of this particular site keeps getting better and better with time based on what I observed.
I think some changes were also done on the side bar option to include more details, but I did not check it out often in the past and not certain if that is how it has always been or not.I like the fact that they made some changes but still kept the look familiar.
Seems like we are reaching the end of the minimalistic era, or is so much early to say this 
It still has a simplistic look to it, especially for an industry where things are mostly done to be flashy. - Jay -
