I would say something using Thorchain (Thorswap or something else) thats completely decentralized is probably the way to go. Although I don't think it's available through Tor and the rates may not be the best to due liquidity...
THORChain has better rates than most centralized instant swap websites. You can swap six figures with minimal slippage. The only issue with it is that it can only be used with specific wallets and they only support a small number of coins. Eventually, you will be able to use any wallet. DEX/bridge aggregators give you a wider selection of coins you can swap into, although the extra hops add more fees so this is something that still needs improvement.
