The screenshots attached are from my BC.Game account which I used over the same weekend, many of the bets were very similar to the ones I made on Betpanda (which I can't access because my account is locked).
In one of the screenshots where you had a chat with the support staff, they did tell you that if you don't agree with the decision, you can contest it and write an email. The case will be handled by another dedicated team. Have you tried going that path of writing an email?
What is their response so far?
