A lot of people would state they do not like Ver because of the tactics he employed later in his crypto career when it came to the Bitcoin Cash fork and his attempt to portray BCH as the real Bitcoin. Keeping that aside, as far as the matter of $48 million tax evasion is concerned as long as Musk is advising Trump there will always be a strong chance of a pardon (or even preemptive pardon).
I still support Ver, he was one of the biggest if not the #1 proponent of bitcoin in the early days and his story is not over yet! I doubt he sees any jail time, this is a shake down by a mafia state. plain and simple. the rest of you cheering this are bootlickers and opportune fascists.
