When I read that article, they said this game "kicks off the National Football League’s 106th season"... I guess the pre-season is part of the season? Sure, why not. Because I can't imagine it counting as a regular season game.
Instead of going with the whole on-chain fantasy football thing, which would be complicated & cumbersome, I'm trying to organize an on-forum Weekly Pick 'Em game.. Whoever guesses the most winning teams each week wins a small prize, sponsored by a casino most likely. I will start a new thread for it and link it here when its active. Its more for the fun and honor of being right than anything else.
With the season right around the corner, what is everyone thinking? We having a league this year? Time to start finding out who is in or out and decide buyin if we are doing this.
I am very much excited! I am quite certain there will be a league this year and I will certainly join if there is a slot available for me. Also yes, this is the time to begin collecting player statistics and information. I will turn on my mesh network compute of gameboys again for this hehehehe.
I have discovered that joining an NFL fantasy league helps me from doing too much trading. Last year I did not join and my did more trades that were not very good.
