The screenshots attached are from my BC.Game account which I used over the same weekend, many of the bets were very similar to the ones I made on Betpanda (which I can't access because my account is locked).
@Bitcoin_Arena already advises you to follow the instructions. Have you tried to communicate with them again via email? It's best if you contact them using the email you used to open the account.
Note: Many times the support systems are run by a third party agency or organization. In this case, if you email their support directly, you may get a response from their official sector. However, I don't know what actually happened in this case.
