If you plagiarized, your account will be banned and yours actually was banned. You can appeal for a second chance (unban] but make sure you know that only accounts with positive net contributions to the forum community can be give such second chance, if the initial ban was made accurately.

Another probability is the initial ban was made in accurately but I am doubtful about inaccurate handle from forum moderators on plagiarism cases.
