Arsenal always moves slower in the transfer market, I think they consider too much the players they will recruit and that is what makes Arsenal always stagnant in the top 3 without being able to win the Premier League title like Man City or Liverpool who only need 1 season to be able to overtake Man City even though Arsenal has been competing with Man City for years in the title hunt.
If it continues like that they could be left behind and experience a decline, Arsenal should learn from previous mistakes and move quickly in the transfer market like other top clubs.
I don't understand what you guys are talking about, cause from my understanding Arsenal have signed two players, Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad and Kepa Arrizabalaga from Chelsea, maybe fans are worried that they've not signed their main priority which is a striker but saying that they'll slow on the transfer window makes no sense, how about Manchester United that's only signed Cunha and still battling with Mbeumo deal? The transfer window is on and there's still lots of time for Arsenal to get a top 9, what they just need to hasten up on Sesko deal or move on since there's other Alternatives out there. Fans should be patient then if they don't sign a top 9 till the window ends then we'll know they're a very unserious team.
Clubs fans are not concerned about how many players a club have signed, but what the quality of those players are and what they can bring to the table for the club against next season, this is most important fact to consider and the reason why Asernal fans are still crying out for the club to sign well known players that can bring results and not just wasting Money on players that will not start delivering immediately for the club.
