I got these emails even when I was super active. I mean, once week I had like 100k wager and I got the welcome back email, while being online every day.
Oh and by the way, my emails from May 29th and June 9th are still unanswered. BC has by far the worst customer support in the business. Not only is their "live support" an absolute joke but simply ignoring emails and in general needing 1-2 weeks to answer them is a slap to the face of every user. Yet another confirmation while I left this site, even a now scam site like nitrobetting had better support.
