That's pocket change to most of those clubs. They should be fined upwards of €100 so they can feel the burden of breaching Financial Fair play regulations. Manchester City alongside their PSG counterparts may still be under "investigation"  Grin
I still feel there needs to be a lot of improvements on the culprits who breach the FFP regulations should be punished. Money is ruining football big time, and before we realize it we shall be having the "American handball" kind of business all over the place.
Although the fines imposed are not very large, it is a problem in football because most teams are unable to implement Financial Fair Play rules. Spending more than a club earns is a Financial Fair Play violation but some teams may be able to get away with it. Manchester City and PSG may still be under investigation but looking at these two teams I am sure they will get away with it and I agree with you because money has almost ruined modern football because sometimes clubs buy players for quite fantastic prices.
