How easy for a new president who is been elected to fight corruption in a nation where all the systems of government is been corrupted,  like in the force,  and judiciary,  even the politicians.

Having  the mind to stop corruption is not easy in a nation that corruption  is seen as nothing, making an attempt to do so some politicians will do everything to frustrate the agenda. Do you think a genuine president can easily end corruption of this level ?
Any country that corruption has eaten deep is not easy to stop, it's not easy to flush out bad eggs overnight, a good leader must do all in his power to effect positive change. The first step and easier way to do it is to surround himself with people that shares his vision because him alone cannot effect positive change by himself. To destroy takes very little time but repairing takes longer time so he has to appoint the right experienced professionals that will bring his visions into reality. In the beginning it might seem like nothing is happening but with time people will begin to see change and applaud his leadership.
