You will not be able to access it through the web browser anymore.
If that's the case they should change up with wording of their memo to avoid confusion. There will be some question marks from users like if they will still be able to access it on a mobile browser or not.
But probably their active users will not be as confused as they'll be familiar with their available features and know which isn't going to be available.
I registered Yellow card early this year, but the KYC took forever to be verified. Abandoned as we speak.
Is this a one off or you know people that had similar issues? Did you try to reach out to their support team?
