Yes it's true that madrid is winning games but I think that madrid should concentrate on building a new team that can be sustainable in the next three to four years Alonso should do this by giving equal opportunities to all players in the team because team was not not playing at their best under anceloti, Alonso should look at the future of the team not concerned about getting immediate results
What I can tell you for free is that, Real Madrid will definitely failed in the next season already unless they take step to sign new players since the last season result was just an average One, for for the club to compete will in coming season there is need for injection of new players into the club, real Madrid have come a long way to be messing around and the transfer window is almost closing and their are yet to make any good signing of players.
Real Madrid is a capable team with talented players and if we see currently they are in a state where they win all the games. But there are things which need to be sorted out. Real Madrid has a need for new signings because the focus should not only win the match but on a long term stable position to become a stronger team. Xabi Alonso is a talented coach and his profile will fill more positive points if he gets success to make the Real Madrid team as a team performance not an individual's performance. Because there are big milestones remaining Real Madrid has to achieve to make them a strong and a team with good reputation.
Real Madrid management certainly fully supports Xabi Alonso in his efforts to build the Real Madrid team to be better in the next season and even the team management always does the same to every coach but they want instant results, namely trophies in every season if not then the coach will be considered a failure.
Xabi Alonso knows what he has to do and if you look at the last few seasons Real Madrid has built a squad with talented young players and that is what Xabi Alonso continues.
