Bayern Munich is not a difficult team that any manager or couch can not handle, they have good and experience players it would have been bad if Vicente kompany had went to Bayern Munich and failed to perform well, i was still even surprised when Bayern Munich appointed kompany as their manager due to his poor performance with English premier league side Burnley, he couldn't do well at Burnley due to some inexperience players he didn't just perform badly there but he also took them to relegation this is to tell that anybody can handle Bayern Munich.
I am the opposite. Kompany is actually a coach who has a strong philosophy and discipline in coaching a club, Indeed when coaching Burnley he did not look so good but if you look at his coaching style when he was still coaching Burnley their playing style at that time was very interesting, it's just that the Burnley squad did not have quality players so they could not adapt to Kompany's coaching style.
And as I recall, Bayern Munich also received a recommendation from Pep Guardiola to coach Bayern Munich because Pep Guardiola believed Vincent was a talented coach and promoted him to coach Munich at that time.
