If the reviews are good then I think it's worth trying, also one has to be precautious cause it won't make sense to lose funds to a company while trying to recover lost funds through them. Anyways i took a little glance at the site and saw that their services is not only concerning Bitcoin but other cryptos too and I'm really impressed but my qestion is, if someone used an address from a watch only wallet to receive a token, can it be recovered by this company too?
I think you are very right on this but since they have already been in existence since 2017 there about, I believe some persons have tried their services also to know how they work, although the fact you stated is good because it wouldn't be nice when someone tries to solve a problem through a perceived means of solving such problem and get stucked in doing so, why I said what I said earlier is that if they weren't able to render the services as we have seen in their site, I think by now people would've come up to complain, although I was trying to make a point here and I also stand to be corrected on this too.
in as much as my previous question is yet to be answered by there representative, I think you are making some sense here, since they have been around since 2017 am also believing that people have tried their services, but we are yet to see testimones. Because it make no sense whereby someone is trying to a solve a problem and get stuck along the line or even create more problems for himself.
