Working for yourself means that you are not accountable to anyone else, meaning that you are in charge of your own business. In this case, you can be considered solely self-employed and you do not have to answer to your boss for your work. Working for yourself means a lot of freedom and you are the owner of your own company. It can basically be thought of as an entrepreneur or business where you are in charge of your entire company and have employees under you. You are your own boss.
Exactly, very appropriate for what you said because everyone who has been able to run their own business, then that person is very worthy to be considered their boss (regardless of whether there are employees or not). Because as you said, where the person is not responsible to anyone else even though he has to be responsible for the business that he manages completely, but that is a very natural thing because all the profits from the business can also be used by himself and he manages it himself for other needs too. So clearly there is independence in this matter because all sectors must be controlled by oneself including paying employees if there are employees that he uses in the business.
