We are all only concerned about winning and the possibilities, technicalities and modalities to explore to always make a winning in our gambling activities, but I would want to ask ourselves this very important question: Have you ever rated or examine your gambling experience to know if you are falling off track or still on track. Such as maintaining a safe gambling practice which includes; gambling with the amount you can afford, and also still gambling for fun or still for money doubling? And if you are experiencing any of these things mentioned above then you should know you are either on track or off track.
For me, I have examined myself and see that I am still on track and I also gambles with what I can afford to lose.
Therefore, I want to know from the community if you do carry out a self examinations to know if you are still healthy or not. Please feel free to share from you ends, this post could be of help to those who are already getting off track from their gambling activities.
This question should be directed to regular gamblers. I don't gamble regularly, and because of that, I can say that I am maintaining a healthy gambling practice. If I were a regular gambler, maybe it would have been a different case because I might be faced with some regular losses, some wins, and some moments of great emotions which might warrant me to become more strict with myself in order to prevent going off limits.
Right now, gambling is not a major source of income for me. It is one random means I get entertained and make some cool money on the days I am lucky. Following up gambling this way has helped me to be more coordinated and maintain good control of my gambling activities.
