I may get banned for this, but I gotta call it like I see it. I’ve been around, and seen a lot of things… and this “blockchain launch” had all the bad signs, and none of the good signs.
I haven’t looked at the source code, but judging by what I’ve read in this post, it should be archived and preserved as a testament of what not to do when forking someone else’s software.
I can’t imagine how busted the wallet logic is from the “vanity” prefix changes alone.
I mean, it was right here in their very first post where they warned you all that you were about to “learn a damn good lesson.”:
“Note: No promises. No bullshit. No roadmap. It's just for fun. Mine it or ignore it. Ya you win big 🐸📈, or you learn a damn good lesson.”
For a SHA-256 PoW coin with a spotless launch, everything works, and none of this bullshit:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5548676.0"We're not here copying anyone — unlike you, naming your coin 'BitcoinII' and expecting millions to magically follow. What’s next? You disappear and try to pull a Satoshi move? 😂 Come on, originality matters — and KingPepe is as original as it gets.
Meanwhile, your chain is barely held together, your code is a patchwork mess, and you have the nerve to criticize? Sit down. You'll be hearing a lot more about KingPepe very soon — and it won’t be in the joke-tier exchanges you're dreaming about.
It seems you’re so triggered by KingPepe’s success that you’ve left your own project just to promote it here. As for funding — don’t worry, we have strong community support, and we’ll reach the major exchanges when the time is right, no need for Satoshi cosplay. Just sit back and watch KingPepe become the talk of the scene, while your coin remains a forgotten link in your forum signature."
