Can someone educate me a little on value betting cause I'm just not getting it. If the site offers the odds, how is a player in the wrong for making a bet on what the site offered? If you don't want the bet or your system isn't fast enough to keep up with other sites changing odds, maybe don't offer sports? Or maybe switch odds providers to match with the sites being quoted.
To me this doesn't look funny, but maybe if someone educates me on what I am missing my mind will change.
Another thing, betting across multiple platforms shouldn't be an issue either. How is it any different than hedging a parlay really? Bottom line, you don't wanna lose right? Then don't offer sports. People are going to win, some will lose but some have to win.

It's good that you offer the user a way to still pursue the matter, but personally I don't think you should just say we are done here and stop responding. You're just gonna lose potential customers that are watching the case. Better to be actively involved in all cases regarding your brand and let the community you care and want to be available to help with all issues, positive or negative.
Loosely borrowing someone's explanation when I inquired the same about years ago, value bet or arbitrage bets basically are not something forbidden in sense that it'll be perceived as illegal. But it is widely known to be unfavorable by casinos and they frowned upon this techniques. Of which, is why many casinos has it covered on their ToS, that they specifically prohibit arbing or value betting.
This casino in specific, covered arbing and other guaranteed bets on their
Tos [
archived v.050725], that later revamped to be more detailed following two previous cases that I oversee and bridge, where two players were flagged by the provider. One is
arbing and one is
value betting [with other flags, actually]. They approached by the standard of what casino usually do in non-extreme situation: returning the deposits and voiding the bets.

However, after a talk with me and listening to the community demands, and as a show of good will as a new casino in this forum, they're returning the winnings too. For both of them.
For this case, after asked OP if they want me to "bridge" and they gave no reply, thus no consent, I approached the casino contact without anything [as the casino can't open any of the player's data to me] and they told me that they've taking the steps and engaging on the matter as per their ToS.
Looking back at how they approached the past two cases where they followed the forum's demand as a "new casino" and return the winnings regardless of the breach the players did and they disregard the flags by the providers, I'm afraid I will have to understand the above quoted decision of theirs and that they're done with the case.
One of the pillar of solving cases on the SA board is ToS. We lean on it and use it as our guide. As the time we speak, I even actively use a casino's own ToS to get the casino to reconsider their decision in one of the case I am currently overseeing. In the past, I also use another casino's own ToS to get them to compensate players as the casino was the one "breaching" their clause of agreement [though by techicality]. Thus, we resort to Tos, and this casino make a call according to the Tos they have and bind their players.
I am not interested in pursuing the casino reps that's in my contact to give any leniency due to them and their brand as... well, first, the player didn't give his consent for me to speak for them, and second, of which more importantly, I think if I were in their position and I asked them to reconsider [again] due to their brand image, we'll have an opposite effect where they'll questions whether the forum is bullying them into favoring whoever players breached their ToS and complained here, or to side with those who are wronged.
The forum, or at least the SA board, always stand on neutral ground. We pride ourselves on it, and it is what helped us solves many cases that can't be solved between just the casino.and their players. And one of the pillar we use to solve those cases are the ToS, the binding contract between players and casinos.
The player breached their own agreement in clause number 6, and the player has withdrawn all of his initial deposits,
I already withdrawn my initial deposits, so i just played with my winnings.
In any case, it's my money.
there were no initial and personal fund being confiscated [and even if there is, the casino has the rights for it that the players agreed], and this should be safely assume there is no scam from the casino side.
