Juventus' failure in the last few seasons is inseparable from the management's performance, which in my opinion is not good enough. They should be more open to the era of more modern football. While they continue to do something they have always done until now, for example in appointing coaches.
That's not wrong, but when what they do does not have a better impact, then they should be more open to changes in football. They always appoint coaches from their environment, even though if they want, they can bring in coaches outside of their ties to the appointed coach.
Juventus is not in the best financial situation (due to financial fraud and subsequent sanctions). But unlike Barcelona, they have chosen a quiet path of development, without levers and jumping out of their pants. Things are not going well, but not the worst either - the club regularly participates in the Champions League, which means it makes money. I think that at least a couple more seasons will pass for Juventus in a "modest" mode.
