This is exactly why you can't rely on Trustpilot for anything. It can be totally gamed in either direction. You used it as a source when the reviews and overall rating tended to back up your claims. Now that they don't, you are claiming that "systematic manipulation" is taking place. Who's to say it wasn't taking place beforehand?
