They give random bonuses to accounts via email, not sure what the criteria are but I got it a few days ago around $8 in BCD Tokens, and it was immediately used up in slot games because I did a 2x buy bonus and both had very bad results.
If look at your screenshot the bonus is up to $10, while mine is up to $30, it seems like each account will get a different amount, but of course not that much because it only up to.
I think one of ways to trigger a bonus is not to play for few months and then log in. Once I got "Welcome back" bonus with around 10 USD worth of their casino token (i think BCD). Also wagering requirement was 35 X so I spent it way before I wagered funds. Basically you can't get those funds out, maybe if you are extremely lucky.
